Paper Submission Process

4-page paper submissions are due on Monday 28th June 2010. Please use one of the template files provided on this page for your submission (a PDF version of the template is also provided on this page). All papers must be submitted as PDF files.

To ensure a coherent style in the Proceedings, please use one of the templates (Latex, Microsoft Word, Open Office) provided in the paper kit:

Here is an example PDF file for the submission format: The templates contain additional instructions for writing your paper.

Papers must be submitted via the conference Easychair website. If you do not have an Easychair account, you will have to create one.

It is possible that you have already been nominated as a reviewer on Easychair. If this is the case, please click the tab SST2010 then Change role, select Author then click on New Submission.

When you submit your paper, you will need to provide a 100-word abstract, which must be the same as the abstract in the PDF of your paper. You will also be asked to select a category for your paper - please choose whichever one is most appropriate.

All papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Authors will be notified of acceptance at the end of August.
