SST 2010 Paper and Abstract-Only Submission Process

SST 2010 submissions are now closed.

Submissions may be either a 4-page paper or 300-word abstract.

Papers must be submitted via the conference Easychair website. If you do not have an Easychair account, you will have to create one.

It is possible that you have already been nominated as a reviewer on Easychair. If this is the case, please click the tab SST2010 then Change role, select Author then click on New Submission.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSIONS

For full papers, please use one of the template files provided on this page for your submission (a PDF version of the template is also provided on this page). All full papers must be submitted as PDF files.

To ensure a coherent style in the Proceedings, please use one of the templates (Latex, Microsoft Word, Open Office) provided in the paper kit:

Here is an example PDF file for the submission format:

The templates contain additional instructions for writing your paper.

When you submit a full paper, you will need to provide a 100-word abstract, which must be the same as the abstract in the PDF of your paper.

ABSTRACT-ONLY SUBMISSIONS

For abstract-only submissions, you must enter an extended abstract of up to 300 words in the Abstract text box. Tick the "Abstract only" box at the bottom of the submission page instead of submitting a PDF file.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Papers must be submitted via the conference Easychair website.

You will be asked to select a category for your paper - please choose whichever one is most appropriate.

All papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Authors will be notified of acceptance at the end of August.
